I feel privileged to develop and be part of a company that I firmly believe in. I have a chance to create the culture as well as the structure of this company. Also, I take part in recruiting the people who want to be part of shaping this company. It’s all incredibly hard, superbly challenging, and truly stimulating.

When it comes to the work we do for our clients, my take is this: Our job is to get up in the morning and solve problems. If we do everything right, there will be even harder problems to solve the next day.

I get the greatest sense of work-related joy from when people in my teams develop and deliver solutions on a level which I never would have mastered.

My dream is to one day develop a state-of-the-art personal development programme for this company. A programme which widely will be considered the ”crème de la crème” of development programmes. That would be the icing on my cake.
